The penis has to be semi-erect (a fully erect penis is not effective). With your thumb and forefinger, form an “ok” symbol and squeeze your shaft as close to the scrotum as possible. Without losing your grip, pull your hand toward the top and stopping before reaching the head. Upon sliding your hand back to its original position, you should notice that the head of the penis has already expanded. Continue doing this “milking” procedure for about 10 minutes in the first week, and then extend to 20 or 30 minutes for a 3-4 week period.
• Kegel Exercises
This involves strengthening the PC muscles that you use to constrict your urination. It was found out that it is the same muscles that are responsible for weak erections. Try to practice this exercise by stopping your urine in midstream. Continue and then stop it again. Repeat this process several times. During sex, this will hold your orgasm for a more prolonged erection.
• Weight Hanging Exercises
This will involve using weights or stretchers to lengthen your penis. Just attach the weight to use force and stretch the penis. Some experts say that this exercise can damage the penis, so check with your doctor first before trying this.
